Matchbox Teapot
Getting ready to leave for the annual SU! convention and unfortunately have been so busy that I didn't get a chance to set up posts for you while I'm gone. I am however sharing a photo of my swaps before I leave.
These "Teapots" were made using the Matchbox, Top Note and Floral Fusions dies for the Big Shot along with the Oval All stamp set, Large Oval and Scallop Oval punches.

Watercolor Trio stamp set; Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede and Old Olive markers; Old Olive and Soft Suede cardstocks; Top Note Die; Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder; Melon Mambo Grosgrain ribbon; Wide Oval and Designer Label punches.
Vintage Vogue Mother’s Day card
I CASEd a card and ribbon flower technique from fellow demonstrator Jenni Ingerick. Thanks for the inspiration Jenni!!
Vintage Vogue, Sincere Salutations and All Holidays stamp sets; Naturals Ivory, Always Artichoke and Pumpkin Pie Cardstocks; Always Artichoke and So Saffron inkpads; Top Note Die; Pumpkin Pie 1-1/4" Striped Grosgrain ribbon; Linen thread; 5/16" Neutrals Jumbo brads; Sponge Dauber.
Cut a 6" piece of the ribbon, fold in 1/2 lengthwise and put a running stitch very close along the folded edge using the linen thread. Snip the ribbon at 1/8-1/4" intervals along the non-stitched edge (see example on bottom right of photo). Pull the ends of the thread so the ribbon gathers into a "flower" shape and tie a knot. Shape the flower as desired and add a brad in the middle. Note: you can run the thread along the non folded edge and then cut the folded edge for the look on the right.

Top Note box with Drawers
Happy Valentine's Day!!
I know the colors aren't very Valentiney (Is that a word?) but wouldn't you just love to get some jewelry, candy or other little treats in this box?
It's made using the Top Note and Matchbox Dies. I used the Tea Party DSP, Filigree brads and Ice Circle Rhinestone brads. Oh, the embellishment on top is made with the Stampin' Up! Beautiful Butterflies die for the Big Shot.
Top Note “Pizza” box
Perfect for giving a gift card or any other small gift. The "pizza box" style holder is made using the Top Note die for the top and bottom. I used a 5-1/2" x 8" piece of cardstock scored at 1, 3-1/2, 4-1/2 and 7" on the long edge and 1 and 4-1/2" on the short side.
I made the patchwork on the center sample using the Tea Party DSP and the 1-3/8" square punch. I glued the pieces on to a piece of coordinating cardstock and the sent it through the Big Shot using theTop Note die.
I used the Pink Flamingo DSP for the sample on the right and the Daisies #2 die for the flower embellishment using Pretty in Pink and Read Red cardstock. Finished it off with our beautiful Fire Rhinestone brad.
