Teabag and Cookie holder update: Painted Blooms DSP-Wasabi leaves

3-16-15 SU Samples-0412-Edit

Taking a break from satchels this weekend…

Thought I'd make an updated version using current DSP…one side holds a teabag and/or gift card, the middle holds cookies/candy and the other side holds a notecard.  Perfect little package for giving a gift card for Mother's Day.

Instructions that I made for this a few years back can be found on my instructions sheet tab…I used one of the cut off square pieces to make the notecard.

Quatrefancy Dahlia Satchel

Hope you aren't tired of seeing these satchels yet but I've had fun making the so here's yet another version using retired DSP… You can't tell from the photo but I added glitter to all the Dahlia images to add a little sparkle.

Regarding Dahlia stamp set; Island Indigo, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie inkpads; Island Indigo cardstock; Artisan Label and Modern Label punches;  Hearts Collection framelits; Antique Brads; Daffodil Delight ribbon; Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

Cantaloupe Sorbet Satchel

Satchel Purse #5-Wasabi Leaves

4-4-15 Satchel Purse-2681Yesterday I posted the Curry Cabana version which is the flip side of this paper.  This will be yet another kit choice.

Satchel Purse #4-Curry Cabana

4-4-15 Satchel Purse-2685

Happy Easter! He is Risen!!

I originally wasn't planning on using this particular sheet of DSP from the Painted Blooms package for my classes/kits but decided to try it anyway…and I love it!  The bag kind of reminds me of a beachside cabana.  The plus of this sheet of paper is that the other side of the DSP works well with it so I was able to flip some of the cut pieces over to have a little variety in the card designs.

Although the package says the color is Daffodil Delight, I thought the Crushed Curry was a better match with the stripes

Best Year Ever Cello bag with Cards

3-2-15 Samples-0461

An updated version of a class project from several years back. I used the Best Year Ever Sale-a-Bration papers and the Chalk Talk stamp set/framelits.    You can make two of these packages which include 4 cards and matching envelopes using just 1/2 sheet of DSP.

You can find the instructions on my instruction sheet tab. here it's called Cello Bag with mini cards.
