Sweet Soiree Card Bag

The Sweet Soiree DSP used for this project is soon to be retired so order soon! I am offering this project class to my customers this week…

Close up of the bag (sized to hold 6-8 standard cards/envelopes)

Stationery Box with Pen: Lemon Lime Twist Florals

Okay so I made one more iteration of this project by request using the Lemon Lime Twist paper…I have a limited amount of class kits left for purchase using several paper options (each kit comes with pre-cut/scored pieces to make one holder w/8cards as well as step by step instructions to complete the project on your own) so you can email me directly for more info….

Stationery Box with Pen: Petal Garden

Last of the samples for this class (details on 3/25 post).  This time I used the Petal Garden DSP stack (6×6 papers).  I also decided that I like the pen on the right side better so the instructions for class will show that option.  Email me privately for project kits by mail option.

Stationery Box with Pen: Tranquil Florals

Another version using the Tranquil Tide color of Fresh Florals.  See yesterday’s post for details regarding ordering a project kit w/instructions.

Stationery Box with Pen: Pirouette Florals

I saw a wonderful project by Lyssa Zwolanek using the Fresh Florals papers and decided that I needed to create my own version that holds double the cards.  I had used the pen holder technique over 15 years ago when I created the double notepad tutorial but hadn’t considered adding one to a stationery box/card carrier in the same manner-the final product makes a great gift!

I will be offering this project as a class.  As in my previous specialty project classes attendees will learn how to make best use of one sheet of DSP (or 5-6 pieces of the 6×6 DSP stacks) and some additional cardstock, stamps and embellishments to make the cardholder and 8 coordinating cards and go home with step-by-step instructions on how to recreate on their own afterwards.

And because I know you’ll ask-YES I will offer a by mail kit option (after 3/31) so you can email me privately for details.

March 2018 Stamp-A-Stack #7: Pretty Peacock

I wasn’t sure how I felt about this FREE SAB set when I first received it and set it aside for a while…but since SAB is almost over I felt the need to share a sample with my class attendees.

Stamp set: Beautiful Peacock (147239)

Inks/cardstocks: Bermuda Bay, Lemon Lime Twist

March 2018 Stamp-A-Stack #6: Flying Panda

CASEd this card layout from Mary F.

Features 2 SAB products: Party Panda stamp set and Bubbles & Fizz DSP.

March 2018 Stamp-A-Stack #5: Brusho Butterfly Birthday

This was my first time playing with the new Brusho powders.

Clear embossed the butterfly from the Beautiful Day stamp set onto watercolor paper, sprinkled the powder over the image and then misted with water.

March 2018 Stamp-A-Stack #4: Tranquil Easter Blessings

Another simple Easter card choice for my club/class members this month using current (and some retired) products.

Stamp set (current): Tranquil Tulips-hostess, Colors: Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist

March 2018 Stamp-A-Stack #3: Easter Egg

Okay-taking a break from the foils so I can post more of my March SAS cards.  This Easter card uses current (and a bit of old) products.

Stamp set: Work of Art. Colors: Fresh Fig, Pool Party, Pear Pizzazz, Peekaboo Peach

Basket Weave TIEF (SAB), Ovals Framelits, Leaf punch (and some beloved retired flower punches).
