May 2021 Stamp-A-Stack #2B: Fine Art Floral Gift card holder card

Another version of the tri-fold gift card holder card uses Art Gallery Bundle (156227) in the January -June Catalog.  Also features the Happy Thoughts stamp set (154507), Tasteful Labels (152885) and new Scalloped Contours (155560) dies, Fine Art Floral DSP (154558), Poppy Parade and Bumblebee inkpads and cardstocks.

I used a 5-1/2 x 12″ piece of DSP scored at 3-3/4 and 7-3/4 for the card base.  This time I put the GC holder on the back of the front panel.

Happy New Year-Happy Valentine’s Day!

I’m back from what seems to be my annual winter sabbatical…between getting ready for holiday boutiques, Christmas and the aftermath I’m finally back in stamping mode.

Sharing some Valentine treat holders featuring the From My Heart Suite from the new Spring Mini catalog…

Also, to celebrate my return I am offering a surprise sampling of valentine treatholders and cards (total of 5 items)  for any orders over $50 (U.S. only) using the following host code (good through February 10): FBV9MNF4

Once I receive confirmation of the order I will send out the items so be sure to allow for contact when entering your order.

Updated Cardbag-Share What You Love

5/14/19 Added-photo of one more version from the same paper pack.

I’ve revamped a project from last year using the soon to be retired Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper (#146926) for an upcoming class.  These papers are a little thicker so work well for making these bags.  Class attendees will learn how to make the bag as well as 6 coordinating cards (2 each of 3 designs).  I will be offering a limited number of class by mail kits (which include pre-cut/scored but materials (but no stamped images) as well as a step-by-step instruction sheet) for $20.

Sweet Soiree Cardbag #2

Decided to make another option of this class project using another pattern of the soon to be retire Sweet Soiree Specialty DSP (145564).  This time I use the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set (143662) for the sentiments.

Lipstick Swatch Cardbag

I had quite a few sheets of this pattern of the soon to be retired Painted With Love Specialty DSP (145580) left over after my Valentines Banner classes so decided to make another version of the card purse project available to class attendees…The bag will hold at least 8 cards and envelopes but for class  project I opted to have 2 each of three card designs  which feature 2 more soon to be retired items– Lovely Inside and Out stamp set (144008/144011) and Lovely Words Thinlits (143733)

Sweet Soiree Card Bag

The Sweet Soiree DSP used for this project is soon to be retired so order soon! I am offering this project class to my customers this week…

Close up of the bag (sized to hold 6-8 standard cards/envelopes)

Stationery Box with Pen: Lemon Lime Twist Florals

Okay so I made one more iteration of this project by request using the Lemon Lime Twist paper…I have a limited amount of class kits left for purchase using several paper options (each kit comes with pre-cut/scored pieces to make one holder w/8cards as well as step by step instructions to complete the project on your own) so you can email me directly for more info….

Stationery Box with Pen: Petal Garden

Last of the samples for this class (details on 3/25 post).  This time I used the Petal Garden DSP stack (6×6 papers).  I also decided that I like the pen on the right side better so the instructions for class will show that option.  Email me privately for project kits by mail option.

Stationery Box with Pen: Tranquil Florals

Another version using the Tranquil Tide color of Fresh Florals.  See yesterday’s post for details regarding ordering a project kit w/instructions.

Stationery Box with Pen: Pirouette Florals

I saw a wonderful project by Lyssa Zwolanek using the Fresh Florals papers and decided that I needed to create my own version that holds double the cards.  I had used the pen holder technique over 15 years ago when I created the double notepad tutorial but hadn’t considered adding one to a stationery box/card carrier in the same manner-the final product makes a great gift!

I will be offering this project as a class.  As in my previous specialty project classes attendees will learn how to make best use of one sheet of DSP (or 5-6 pieces of the 6×6 DSP stacks) and some additional cardstock, stamps and embellishments to make the cardholder and 8 coordinating cards and go home with step-by-step instructions on how to recreate on their own afterwards.

And because I know you’ll ask-YES I will offer a by mail kit option (after 3/31) so you can email me privately for details.
