Happy New Year!
So sorry for the long break! As you know Oct-Dec is crazy busy for me as I participate in a couple of boutiques as well as getting ready for the holidays. I will resume posting regularly now that the holiday madness is over. Here is a Valentine-sy banner that I made for over my fireplace mantle (but really perfect for year around if I forget to change for the season don’t you think? Because HIS love never fails).

Fresh Florals Card Clutch Class
I have a limited amount of class kits from my Fresh Florals Card Clutch class available for purchase for $27 (which includes the priority mail postage fee) while supplies last. This version of the clutch holds 6 notecards/envelopes and includes a gift card sized pocket (which can also hold postage stamps). Kits include step-by-step printed instructions (with cutting guides for 4 different layout options) plus all the pre-cut materials (but no stamped images) for one clutch. All you'll need is your own adhesives/scissors to complete the project. Email me for additional details.
Beautiful You Cardholder
This was a class I held in April featuring the Beautiful You stamp set, paper piecing technique, and our soon to be retired Bold Brights DSP stack (so sad!).
Class attendees learned how to make this using just one sheet of the 12×12 DSP. We also used the Notecard w/envelopes (so cards are 3-1/2" x 5") as well as a muriad of Ovals and Circles framelits.
Oh, and ust in case you're getting ready to ask, I have not created an instruction sheet yet but when I do I will repost.
Happy Easter!
He Is Risen!
We all know it's not about the bunny but I'm reposting this photo from last year to wish you a Happy Easter.
Note that there is aan instruction sheet for this basket under the instruction sheet tab of my blog. It's called Slatted Basket.
Enjoy!!
I based this basket on one made by Betty Traciak.
I altered her instructions (available on YouTube) by making a smaller version that can be made using just one sheet of DSP…it still fits quite a lot.
Oops…how did those bunnies get out?!
Owly Box of Love
Got the insiration for the punched owl embellishmet from Dawn Olchefske…I added an extra on the eyes using a retired scallop circle punch.
Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set; Real Red and Chocolate Chip cardstock; Sending Love DSP; Baker's Box Thinlits; Layering Circles Framelits; Best Badge, Blossom Builder; Owl Builder, Classic Label, 1" circle and 1/2" circle punches; Whisper White Organza ribbon
Valentine Heart Garland – More Amore
To give you some inspiration for Valentine's decor I'm reposting this heart garland I made in 2013 using the More Amore DSP, Red Glimmer Paper and Pool Party Cardstock!
Each DSP heart is made up of two each of 1" x 4", 1" x 5" and 1" x 6" strips. The cardstock hearts are made with 1" x 5", 1" x 6" and 1" x 7" strips.
