Happy Easter!!
I know it's not about the Easter Bunny or the eggs but I had to post this cute treatholder design. It holds Cadbury eggs perfectly but these Reeses half eggs work okay as well if you put two back to back. I bet the Lindt mini gold wrapped easter bunnies might fit as well…
I will also post basic instructions under the instruction sheet tab.
Crisp Cantaloupe Box Card
These box cards are very popular right now and I wanted to find a simple way to make them while being frugal in terms of cardstock use.
I came up with this almost monochromatic version to teach my downline at a recent meeting. it only takes 1/2 a sheet of cardstock for the box base, 3/4 sheet for the flowers, butterflies and greeting and about 1/4 sheet for the leaves plus just a bit of Designer Series Paper (DSP) to match. It fits in a standard (A2) envelope.
Flower Shop, Petite Petals, Papillon Potpourri and Label Love stamp sets; Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock, DSP and inkpads; Pistachio Pudding cardstock; Petite Petals, Pansy and Artisan Label punches; Secret Garden framelit; Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
Happy First Day of Spring!
Sorry it's been a while since I've posted. I'm planning on getting back on track soon but wanted to take a minute to wish you a Happy First Day of Spring! This is a banner I made last year and I have a limited supply of finished banners (in different paper/color combinations) available for just $18 which include priority mail postage. Email me privately if you are interested in purchasing.
Valentines Treats 2014
Combined new and retired products for my Valentine's treatholders classes. Attendees can make 10 treatholders for only $5!! These are just a few of the 10 or so designs they got to choose from.
Left: That's the Ticket stamp set; Primrose Petals inkpad; Crumb Cake cardstock; More Amore DSP; Petite Pocket die; Scallops TIEF; Hearts Collection framelits.
Right: Tags for You stamp set; Real Red inkpad and DSP; Silver Glimmer paper; Simply Scored Scoring Tool.
Bottom: Pretty in Pink DSP; Small Heart, 1" circle and 1-1/4" Scallop circle punches; Envelope Punch Board.
Hard Candy Wrapper Style treat holder
I figured out a simpler way to make this treatholder using our new Fresh Prints DS Paper Packs (which are 4-1/2" x 6-1/2") and the Envelope Punch Board.
Tags 4 You stamp set; Real Red inkpad; Pool Party cardstock; Silver Glimmer Paper; Label Bracket and small Heart punches.
I scored the long edge at 1-1/2", 3", 4-1/2" and 6". The short edge is scored at "1 and 3-1/2". I then used the Envelope Punch Board to punch holes along the intersecting lines. Similar to the Christmas Crackers that many of you have made but I found this simpler and it looks more like a candy wrapper!
January Stamp-A-Stack #5:
I love these Thinlits cards! Especially when it has the extra flap so you can keep your message hidden.
