Satchel Purse #4-Curry Cabana
Happy Easter! He is Risen!!
I originally wasn't planning on using this particular sheet of DSP from the Painted Blooms package for my classes/kits but decided to try it anyway…and I love it! The bag kind of reminds me of a beachside cabana. The plus of this sheet of paper is that the other side of the DSP works well with it so I was able to flip some of the cut pieces over to have a little variety in the card designs.
Although the package says the color is Daffodil Delight, I thought the Crushed Curry was a better match with the stripes
Best Year Ever Cello bag with Cards
An updated version of a class project from several years back. I used the Best Year Ever Sale-a-Bration papers and the Chalk Talk stamp set/framelits. You can make two of these packages which include 4 cards and matching envelopes using just 1/2 sheet of DSP.
You can find the instructions on my instruction sheet tab. here it's called Cello Bag with mini cards.
Petals Galore Mini Card Carrier
An updated version of another class project from a few years back. This carrier holds six 3"x3" cards and envelopes. You can find the instructions on my instructions sheet tab on this blog or click here.
Petal Potpourri and Simply Wonderful stamp sets; Calypso Coral and rushed Curry inkpads; Coastal Cabana cardstock; Best Year Ever DSP; Flower Medallion punch.
Bunny Hutch Easter Treatholder
Isn't this just adorable?!! A great way to give a little Easter treat. This bunny hutch holds the mini Lindt chocolate bunny perfectly. I CASEd this idea but can't recall the original designer's name.
Hardwood stamp set; Crumb Cake, Strawberry Slush and Pistacho Pudding cardstocks; Scallop edge, Bird Builder and Itty Bitty Accents punches; Window Frames Framelits; Fringe Scissors; Pearls basic jewels (colored with blendabilities but you can use sharpies as well).
Satchel style purse w/ Cards #1: Pacific Point
This is a new class I'll be offering in April. Class attendees will learn how to cut just one sheet of DSP as some additional coordinating cardstock to make the purse, 5 notecards, post-it holder and pen. The perfect Mother's Day (or Birthday) gift!
