January Stamp-A-Stack cards

Here are three of my January Stamp-a-Stack cards.

january sas cards

The card on the left uses the new Beautiful Wings Embosslit (#118138) from the Occasions Mini Catalog, the Scallop Border punch which you can get for free with a $50 order during Sale-a-bration, Old Olive, Taken with Teal, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie cardstock, Old Olive ink pad and Versamark.  This card was based on a one I swapped with a fellow demonstrator Kathy Hildon at the Stampin' Up! Leadership conference.

The middle card is made using the new Well Scripted set from the Occasions Mini Catalog, the Happy Moments set which you can get for free with a $50 order during Sale-a-bration, Certainly Celery Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Cardstock, Black ink pad and Certainly Celery, Cameo Coral and Apricot Appeal Markers.  Oh, and the ribbon is the Certainly Celery Grosgrain but the new Satin Ribbons would look even better!  I got this idea from fellow demonstrator's blog (Angie Kennedy-Juda).

The card on the right is made using Bella Bleu DSP, flower from the Pretties kit, Boho Blossoms punch, Jumbo Brads, Black Grosgrain Ribbon, Large Oval and Scallop Oval punches, Basic Black Cardstock and Ink.  Although you can't see it from the photo, I used our daubers to apply our fabulous Shimmer Paint in Champaign Mist (#116806) on the flower which adds a wonderful shimmery elegance to the card.  I got this idea from a card I saw on display at Leadership.

Two more January SAS cards below:

The card on the left is made using our new Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslits die (117332).  It's hard to see but there are actually tiny hearts embossed on it!  I also used the fantastic new Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder (#117335).  This is a must have item!!  I also can't say enough about the fabulous Sending Love DSP-it's gorgeous and glittery!   The Pinking Heart Border punch and Pink Satin ribbon is also found in the Occasions mini catalog.  I copied this card directly from fellow demonstrator Lee Conrey's blog-she has wonderful samples so I'm sure to share more in the future.

The card on the right uses our new I {Heart} Hearts stamp set, Rich Razzleberry Cardstock and Ink, Pale Plum Cardstock and Ink, Dazzling Diamonds glitter and the Pinking Heart Border punch.  This card was demonstrated by Canadian demonstrator Lynsay Mahon at our recent Regional Seminar in Phoenix.

More Stamp-A-Stack Class samples

Stamp-a-stack samples

More Stamp-A-Stack class samples from last year…All the stamp sets and papers are current.  I used Big Shot dies for 4 out of the 6 cards.  Sorry about the sideways card on the top left…I guess the photographer wasn't paying attention on this one.

Bountiful Purse

Purse bag filled with matching goodies

This is a class I taught last year using just 2 sheets of Designer Series Paper.  You use one sheet to make the purse and the other to make the 4 matching notecards, checkbook cover, post-it holder, gum holder, chapstick wrap, matchbox and 2 binder clips. Wouldn't it make a great gift for your best friend?  Click here for instructions to make the purse.

Packaging ideas using the Big Shot die cut machine

big shot packaging class projects

I'm without a photographer for a few days so I'll be posting some of my past class projects.  These are some packaging ideas showing alternative ways to use the Big Shot dies. I plan to offer it again this spring and adding some other projects as well.  What, you don't have a Big Shot machine? How can that be?  If you like the idea of making projects without having to use your scissors to cut each piece one by one you'll love the Big Shot!!  Order one today online here or call or e-mail me for more information and/or to place your order.
