Give Thanks Banner 2015
I made this Fall banner as part of the Acorny Thank You class that also includes the pillowbox/cardset I posted yesterday.
Acorny Thank You and Back to Basics alphabet stamp sets; Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Rich Razzleberry, Mossy Meadow and Tangerine Tango inkpads; Into the Woods DSP; Mossy Meadow cardstock; Banners framelits; Woodgrain TIEF; Acorn Builder, Scallop Circle and and 3/4" circle punches.
Acorny Pillowbox w/notecards
I used our new pillowbox framelits to make a holder for these mini (3"x 3") notecards and matching envelopes for an upcoming class.
Acorny Thank You stamp set; Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Rich Razzleberry, Mossy Meadow and Tangerine Tango inkpads; Into the Woods DSP; Soft Suede cardstock; Woodgrain TIEF; Acorn Builder 2" Circle and and Large Oval punches.
Tree full of pumpkins!
Saw this idea somewhere and had to make one for myself! I purchased this particular tree from Hobby Lobby and then made up a bunch of small paper pumpkins using our DSP and cardstock. The basic instructions for the pumpkins can be found on the instruction sheet tab on my blog.
Oh, and the acorn garland you see hanging from the vase is made using our new acorn builder punch.
September 2015 Stamp-A-Stack #5: Irresistably Yours
I was struggling a bit with how I should use our Color me Irresistable DSP but when I saw this idea (using paper from SAB) I had to CASE it.
This paper is exciting because even though the paper is all white-the stars are raised and a bit glossy. You can stamp and sponge on top then wipe away excess ink and the glossy white images pop through!
Kinda Eclectic and Crazy About You stamp set; Soft Sky inkpad and cardstock; Hello You thinlits; Confetti Stars Border punch; Silver Glimmer paper.
Same Idea here with the recently retired Crisp Cantaloupe inkpad/cardstock. While the SAB version of the papers I used are no longer available there is a new version in the current catalog that you can use with the same effect.
September 2015 Stamp-A-Stack #3 & 4: Pretty Petals
I love this Designer Series Paper (DSP) stack but wish it had more of each paper in it! For the design on the bottom I had cut a hole in the front of the card so you can see the greeting through the card but switched it up a bit for the one on the top to make it simpler where I just put the greeting on top w/dimensionals.
Pretty Petals DSP; Calypso Coral and Old Olive cardstock; Old Olive inkpad; Floral Frames collection and Circles Collection Framelits; Bold Butterfly Framelits; Itty Bitty Accents flower punch and Pearls basic jewels.
Happy Fall!-Give Thanks Wreath
So I took a little posting sabbatical but am back on track for fall. This is a wreath I made based on one that artisan Alison O. had displayed at convention…
I used the Vintage Leaves stamp set w/matching framelits , Back to Basics Alphabet stamp set, Acorn and 3/4" circle punches. Soft Sky, Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake, Hello Honey cardstocks; Soft Suede and Pear Pizzazz, inkpads; Gold Glimmer paper.
The little round balls are just some 1" styrofoam balls wrapped with Typeset DSP. The bow is made with our 1-1/4" Burlap ribbon.
September 2015 Stamp-A-Stack #1: Sheltering Tree
I love how this tree can be used all throughout the year. I should have made this with some fall colors but liked the look of my first pass so left it as is.
Sheltering Tree stamp set; Garden Green, Early Espresso, Crushed Curry inkpads; Crushed Curry cardstock; Woodgrain TIEF; Deco Labels Collection Framelits.
